Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Notingo (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Notingo is a task management application that allows you to create, organize, and manage hierarchical lists and tasks. All data is stored locally on your device.

Use of the App

You may:

  • Use the App for personal or commercial purposes
  • Create and organize your tasks and lists
  • Export your data using the provided export features

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

Your Data

You retain all rights to the content you create in the App. Your data is stored locally on your device, and we do not have access to it. You are solely responsible for:

  • Backing up your data
  • Maintaining the security of your device
  • Any loss of data that may occur

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The App is free of viruses or other harmful components

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NOTINGO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Notingo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Notingo. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Upon deletion, all locally stored data will be permanently removed.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Notingo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Notingo regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
