Notingo ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.

Data We Do NOT Collect

Notingo is designed with privacy as a core principle. We want to be clear about what we don't do:

• We do not collect any personal information
• We do not track your location
• We do not use analytics or tracking tools
• We do not share any data with third parties
• We do not serve advertisements
• We do not have user accounts or require login

How Your Data is Stored

All of your tasks, lists, and notes are stored locally on your device using secure device storage. This means:

• Your data never leaves your device
• We cannot access your data
• Your data is protected by your device's security features
• If you delete the app, your data is also deleted

Data Export

When you use the "Export Markdown" feature in Settings, your data is prepared for sharing through your device's native sharing mechanism. You have complete control over where and how you share this exported data.

Children's Privacy

Our app does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since all data is stored locally on the device and we do not collect any information, the app is safe for all ages.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
